"Fleet account finally made things less of a headache"
We use Jiffy Lube for our small fleet, and the fleet account has made my life a lot easier. Before, I felt like I was always the one stuck chasing down receipts and trying to keep track of every little oil change. Now the drivers can just go in, get the service done, and I can still see what was done without having to babysit the whole process. Most visits have been quick too. There was one time the wait was longer than it should’ve been, which was frustrating, but overall it’s been solid for us

I booked my oil change on jiffylube.com in just a couple minutes!!! The available times were really easy to see, and I got my confirmation right away!!! I did the whole thing from my phone with no problems at all. it was way easier than calling around!!!

I stopped by Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change, and I was glad to see they seemed to take the used oil and filters seriously. The place was clean, and the staff made it sound like proper disposal is just part of how they do things, not something they treat like an afterthought.
I know car maintenance isn’t exactly the greenest thing in the world, but I’m grateful they’re handling the messy stuff responsibly. The service was quick too, which made the whole visit even better. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Clean enough waiting room, not bad"
I stopped by Jiffy Lube the waiting room was better than I figured it would be. I’m not the most patient person when I’m stuck waiting on my car, so I notice stuff fast, but the chairs were decent, the floor looked clean, and it didn’t have that strong shop smell that usually drives me nuts.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it was a little crowded and the TV was louder than it needed to be, which got old quick. Still, it was comfortable enough for the time I had to sit there, and my car got done, so overall I can’t complain too much.

I used a Jiffy Lube coupon from the site when I went in for an oil change, and yeah, it worked totally fine. It came off the total without any awkward back and forth or anything. The discount wasn’t massive, but I mean, saving a few bucks is still saving a few bucks. The staff seemed used to people using coupons, so that part was easy. The only thing is it took a bit longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a smooth experience.

"Decent service, but pricing could be clearer"
The service was okay overall, nothing really bad, but I did feel like the final price wasn’t explained as clearly as it could’ve been. Compared to some other companies I’ve used, their communication around costs felt a bit less straightforward. I’d probably consider them again, but I’d ask more questions upfront next time.

I booked my Jiffy Lube visit online the checkout was really simple. The payment went through right away, and I got the confirmation email quickly too. No weird extra steps or confusing pages... which I definitely appreciated. The whole thing probably took a couple minutes, and it worked fine on my phone

The hours worked well for me. I was able to stop by after work without feeling like I had to rush, which was nice. I do kind of wish the weekend hours were a little longer, but it’s not a huge deal and I still appreciated the flexibility

I’ve always heard good things about this place, this visit just confirmed what I already thought. The oil change was quick, the staff was nice, and my car’s been running fine since. No complaints from me.

"Mostly accurate, surprisingly useful"
I checked my service history on jiffylube.com against the receipts I keep in my glove box, it was mostly spot on. One oil change date was a little off, which kind of annoyed me, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I wasn’t expecting much, but I have to admit it was handy overall.

"Way easier to follow than most inspection reports"
I got my inspection report online it was much clearer than what I’ve seen from other places. Everything was laid out so I knew right away what passed and what needed attention, instead of having to guess or dig through confusing notes. Super helpful

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I stopped by Jiffy Lube on my lunch break and was relieved by how easy it ended up being. I figured I’d be stuck waiting around and stressing about getting back on time, but they took my car in almost right away. Everything was done quickly, and I still had time left before heading back. This Jiffy Lube is right by my area, so it was really easy to swing by before work. Parking was simple too, which I always appreciate because I’m somehow always running five minutes behind in the morning and still trying to finish my coffee. I didn’t have to go out of my way at all, so the location is super convenient for me. Definitely one of those little errands that didn’t feel like a whole production.

"Pretty straightforward, honestly"
I went in just expecting a quick oil change, and the guy at the desk actually walked me through what they were going to check before they got started. I’m usually a little wary of shops trying to add random stuff on, but they didn’t make it feel like that.
They did find my air filter was dirty, but they showed it to me first and gave me the price before doing anything. I wasn’t exactly thrilled to add it on, but it made sense, and the whole visit was easy enough. I’d probably go back.

"I went in for a quick oil change..."
I went in for a quick oil change, but they also looked over my tires, filters, lights, and wipers while I was there. It was nice getting a few basic car things handled in one stop, especially since some of that stuff can turn into preventable problems if you ignore it. The wait was a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience.
